TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Vivah Story conduct film and photography, the terms below are
general clauses, which apply to all our work, however the terms and conditions
may vary depending on the type of work assigned.
1. Payment – 80% Advance and 20% at the time of
completion of project.
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking. 30% of payment is
due on or before the first event and 20% at the time of completion of project
(delivery of Photo Album and Videos). Prices are correct at time of
booking. Any upgrade or downgrade after booking will be subject to
current pricing.
2. Cancellation- If client cancel any booking, the
booking amount is not refundable.
3. THE
VIVAH STORY provides the client with a professional service and a quality
product. However, The Vivah Story team are limited by factors not within their
control, such as pre-arranged time schedules and/or non-amiable behavior by the
client, and obstruction at critical moments by 3rd parties such as guests. The
Client agrees to accept the technical results of these limitations imposed on
The Vivah Story crew members. Due to the large number of people attending a
wedding, we cannot be held responsible for certain individuals not appearing in
photographs or in videos.
4. Coverage- The Vivah Story agree to capture your
event as per the Order Conformation, however failure to provide accurate
schedule of events or adequate notice the vivah story cannot be held
responsible for the following:
• Any last
minute changes imposed
• The venue's
restrictions regarding filming in certain areas
• Weather
affecting filming conditions
• Sound
distortion due to children and others
The Vivah Story cannot guarantee to capture any specific item of footage
although we do endeavor to capture every moment comprehensively. Clients must
accept the crewmember's direction regarding filming and what is captured shall
be accepted.
5. The
Vivah Story take the almost care with respect to transportation, processing and
back-up of the photos and videos. However, in the unlikely event that photos
and videos have been lost, stolen, or destroyed, liability is limited to the
return of all payments received for that event. (NOTE: The Vivah Story state
categorically that there is no history of The Vivah Story not handing over the
final product.)
6. The Vivah Story presents all photographs to
Client for selection the photographs for
Photo Album within two week after completion of the final event.
7. Post production - Most projects usually take
2-3 months to complete after receiving the selected photographs for Photo
Album. All information needs to be provided and the payment schedule must be up
to date in order for work to commence.
8.
Travel
Cost – Outstation Travel & Stay charges borne by client
